Production & Shipping

All products on this website are made to order specifically for you, being a dedicated ambassador of Ocean Ecology and Conservation projects I've aimed to reduce wastage by not producing en-mass or holding large quantities of stock, your order goes to production and print once checkout is completed reducing wastage and the need for bulk storage & shipping facilities. Please bear this in mind when ordering and check and double check the size required against the size charts on each product page. This will reduce both sub-motion's and your own carbon footprint.  

Where possible only recycled or recyclable packaging is used for your order, again helping reduce the impact on the planet.

I'm happy to offer FREE TRACKED worldwide delivery on every product across the site. Production & delivery is usually takes 9 to 11 days but in some instances may take longer. A tracking email will be sent to you once your order is shipped, If you haven't received your order within 21 days please make contact with me and I'll do my very best to resolve.

sub-motion.com cannot be held responsible for any import duties or tax that may be collected by your respective country. Please check the value of your country's allowance, if your order exceeds the value of your country's allowance then place multiple orders each below the threshold. 

Returns

I aim to make every product perfect for you but we're all human and mistakes can happen. I'm happy to offer an exchange or refund for products received that are either incorrect products or are faulty but unfortunately not for incorrect sizes ordered as each product is specifically made as per your requirements. Again I stress the need for you to check the product size charts before checkout of your order.

If you need to return a product, in all cases, please contact me within 14 days of receipt of delivery giving the reason you wish to return the product along with pictures of the packing slip and any faults also stating whether you require a replacement or refund. I will then contact you with further instructions.
